Based in Boston, Massachusetts, CSCRefi (Capital Stack Commercial Real Estate Finance) is a privately-held independent commercial mortgage intermediary and advisory firm. We arrange mortgage financing for office, retail, industrial, multi-family, hospitality and special-use properties. CSCRefi is managed by Brian Sheehan, who has 20 years of experience in commercial financing, with relationships built on trust and integrity.  We are a proud member of CRECA, a national consortium of boutique mortgage financing companies.
