We arranged a highly-structured, $5.3 MM third mortgage position behind nearly $45 MM of first and second position debt. The luxury, purpose-built, student housing project suffered some construction delays beyond the sponsor's control and Capital Stack was able to deliver the capital needed to resolve the corresponding cost overruns.
